Turnaround Time

Revisions
We provide clients with revisions on logo designs based on the number committed to their purchased package. Clients must provide timely feedback on the designs within 3 business days of receipt. If feedback is delayed beyond this period, additional charges may apply for logo changes.

Website development projects valued at over $450 require a written contract that outlines the payment terms and conditions for the work performed by us.
Revisions
For website development projects worth $450 or less, we offer 3 revisions on mockups. The client must respond to us within five business days upon receipt of each revision. Failure to respond within the specified time frame may result in additional charges for alterations.
Apps

App development projects valued at over $450 require a written contract that specifies the payment terms and conditions for the work performed by us.

Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantee
We have a 100% money-back guarantee policy on mockups. If you are not satisfied with the delivered mockups, you can request a full refund of the amount paid. We do not deduct any administrative or overhead fees, except for a slight deduction to cover payment gateway fees where applicable. Refunds are processed promptly but may take up to 21 business days.
Refund Request Process
To claim a refund, you must fill out a refund request form provided by our customer support representative. Please note that filling out the form is mandatory, and our quality assurance team will review your responses to examine the reasons for the refund and will act accordingly.
Non-Applicable Refunds
Refunds are not available in the following scenarios:
- When revisions are requested based on your feedback.
- If the mockups are based on explicit design ideas or existing logo designs provided by you.
- For design firms or orders placed on behalf of another entity.
- When simultaneous logo design is obtained from multiple designers/firms/services.
- If additional design concepts are requested beyond the package selection.
- Once final files of the logo, website, or application are delivered.
- When there is a failure to respond within the specified timeframe.
- For PPC, SEO, SMO, content writing/delivery, and other marketing services that are payable in advance and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All materials on this website, including but not limited to layout, design, appearance, look, and graphics, are owned or licensed by Invictus Star Technology.
Copyright
Unauthorized reproduction of any material on this website is strictly prohibited, except as permitted by the copyright notice provided within these terms and conditions.
Copyrights & Trademarks
Upon completion of the project, the client retains full ownership of the drafts, and related materials. We reserve the right to use the logos solely for promotional purposes and will not resell them unless authorized by the client.
Record Maintenance
We maintain a record of your finalized design, and if requested in the future, we can provide the final files. These records are retained for 6 months, after which they may be permanently deleted.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of this website is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense. Any unauthorized access, reproduction, or distribution of the website's content, including text, images, and graphics, is strictly prohibited.
